Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer—we appreciate your patience as we give each plant the attention it deserves.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Gardener’s Tip: Our plants like hydrangeas and Japanese maples may experience temporary shock during transit. Please consult our care guides before assuming your plant is unhealthy—we’re happy to help troubleshoot!
Our Return & Exchange Guarantee
We stand behind our azaleas, camellias, gardenias, and all plants in our collection. If unsatisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our living inventory, we cannot accept returns on:
- FRAGRANT PLANTS removed from original packaging
- Custom PLANT COLLECTIONS created specifically for your order
- Plants showing signs of post-delivery damage or neglect
How to Return Your Plants
Step 1: Contact Our Horticulture Team
Email [email protected] within 15 days with this information:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include plant names, quantities, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
- Photos of plants in original condition (if requested)
Step 2: Authorization
Our Texas horticulturists will review your request within 2 business days and may request additional photos to diagnose plant health concerns.
Step 3: Prepare Your Return
- Repackage plants in original containers when possible
- Include all packing materials and plant tags
- Do not include fertilizer or soil additives
Step 4: Ship Your Return
We’ll email a prepaid shipping label for DHL/FedEx returns. For exchanges, new plants ship after we receive your return.
Refund & Exchange Details
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days (varies by bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Options
Exchange for:
- The same plant if yours arrived damaged
- Another plant of equal value from our HOUSEPLANTS, ORNAMENTAL GRASSES, or other collections
We cover standard shipping for exchanges caused by our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your magnolia trees or other plants arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos immediately upon delivery
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours
We’ll arrange replacement shipping at no cost to you.
