2.1 Product Descriptions

2.2 Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee our plants will arrive in healthy condition when proper care instructions are followed. Some plants like hydrangeas and Japanese maples may experience temporary shock during transit—this is normal and not considered damage.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

  • You receive an order confirmation email
  • We process orders within 1-2 business days (longer during peak seasons)
  • You’ll receive shipping confirmation when your order dispatches

Once plants leave our nursery, the following applies:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Someone must be available to receive live plant deliveries
  • You must inspect plants immediately upon delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for:

  • Plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy
  • Incorrect items shipped

Non-Returnable Items:

  • FRAGRANT PLANTS removed from original packaging
  • Custom PLANT COLLECTIONS created specifically for your order
  • Plants showing signs of post-delivery damage or neglect

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
    • Plant names, quantities, reason for return
    • Photos of plants in original condition
  2. Our horticulturists will review within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label

5.3 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange options include:

  • The same plant if yours arrived damaged
  • Another plant of equal value from our collections
